...Reggie cannot be rushed
Reggie The Rat Wizard is currently a work in progress
(and one of my favourite personal projects!)

Reggie The Wizard Rat will be a series of short films centred around the titular main character "Reggie", who's love for cheese drives him to extroadinary lengths to satisfy his fixings for the yellow gold
Origins
I was writing in a journal one day and I doodled a little rat in the margin, that little crude doodle sparked a little thought in the back of my mind and I felt compelled to make a little rat character rig soon after.

I absolutely loved Tom and Jerry as a kid, so my original plan for the rig was to make a Tom and Jerry inspired cartoon with him (except probably with more gore).

But as I worked on what turned into Reggie, I steadily grew more and more fond of him, and now I don't think I could do that to poor Reggie.. He must be protected at all costs.
So the project evolved and Reggie gained his name and his wizardly status. To be honest, I'm not sure where they came from, but it just felt right.
..And kinda funny.

In draft 2 of Reggie I worked on improving his proportions, as his stubby arms and legs were cute, but not very practical.
What's Next For Reggie?
My plan for Reggie is to tell Compelling, Wholesome and charming little stories with him. And let everyone fall in love with little Reggie, as he nervously navigates his way through the world in which he inhabits.

I've planned out a bunch of smaller stories as well as a longer Short Film. I'm looking forward to being able to share them when they're done.
